Availability
While EQSig.com will work hard to make our services available, we accept no responsibility for technical difficulties resulting in the loss of functionality which are beyond our control, including problems with your ISP and DNS issues. If you cannot access the site, please report it to us.
Our Refund Policy
Premium accounts are entitled to a refund up to one week (7 days) after payment has been received. After this deadline, you will be required to remain with us until the end of the one year period, when you will be free to cancel your subscription (guildSIG). However, you may stop using your dynamic signature at any point.
Contract Period
With premium accounts, you may leave at any time after starting your subscription. However, if one week has passed since signing up, your payment will not be refunded. When subscribing to EQSig.com, one month is defined as 30 days; one year is defined as 365 days.
Access Restriction
EQSig.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny you access to this Web site without notice and for any reason, including failure to adhere to these terms and conditions. A user may be disconnected and all signatures deleted or suspended.
EQSig.com reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
